Registered Nurse (RN) - Hospice | PRN | $42/Hour + Mileage Wellspring Hospice is seeking a compassionate, dependable PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled hospice care in patients' homes and care facilities. Working with our interdisciplinary team, you will assess patient needs, provide nursing care according to individualized care plans, support pain and symptom management, educate patients and caregivers, and complete timely, accurate clinical documentation. This role is ideal for a nurse who values meaningful relationships and helping patients and families navigate end-of-life care with comfort, dignity, and support. This position offers $42 per hour, with additional rates for weekend and on-call assignments . Candidates must hold a current Ohio RN license in good standing and have strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills. Hospice experience is preferred. A valid driver's license and reliable, insured transportation are required. Candidates should be comfortable working independently in the field while collaborating closely with the hospice team.

$42.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 24.0 per week
