You will be responsible for:

Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and nutrition management Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team Conducting patient assessments, monitoring vital signs, and reporting changes to the healthcare team Collaborating with therapists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care

Requirements:

Current registration as a Registered Nurse in the state of Ohio Active RN license in good standing Minimum 2 years of experience in a skilled nursing/long-term care facility is a must!
