Responsibilities:

Provide patient care for medical/surgical telemetry patients during night shifts. Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to healthcare team. Administer medications and treatments following physician orders. Document patient progress accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care.
