Shifts available:

Days FT| Nights FT Competitive Base pay + bonuses and incentives could land you UP TO $44! Full-time, Part-time, & PRN positions 12-hr shifts Shift differentials Weekend Warrior

Medina Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is currently seeking skilled, compassionate, dedicated, and driven Registered Nurse (RN) to welcome our ever-growing team! Requirements of the Registered Nurse (RN): Valid Registered Nurse (RN) Ohio license Responsibilities of Registered Nurse (RN): Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans for residents. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor and document residents' health status, vital signs, symptoms, and progress. Supervise and support a team of LPNs and CNAs to deliver optimal care. Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate resident care. Educate residents and their families on health management, conditions, and treatments. Ensure adherence to all state, federal, and facility-specific regulations and standards. Respond to emergencies, assess situations, and provide critical care as needed. Participate in quality assurance activities and contribute to the facility's continuous improvement efforts.
