Ceil Blue ✨ Position Overview Are you an experienced Stepdown, PCU, IMC, or Telemetry RN looking for your next travel assignment? This is an exciting 13-week night-shift opportunity for a confident critical-care nurse who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will have strong Stepdown/Telemetry experience , with ICU experience highly valued . You'll work alongside a collaborative clinical team caring for patients who require close monitoring and a higher level of nursing care than traditional Med-Surg.

Unit & Patient Ratios Med-Surg:

1 RN to 4-6 patients

SCU/Stepdown:

1 RN to a maximum of 4 patients Typical SCU assignment: 2-3 patients Provide continuous assessment, telemetry monitoring, medication administration, and comprehensive nursing care Recognize and respond quickly to changes in patient condition Requirements Active RN license BLS , •ACLS ,•NIHSS - Required Stepdown, PCU, IMC, SCU, or Telemetry experience preferred ICU experience is a strong plus Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays ️ Schedule & Flexibility 3 × 12-hour night shifts per week 36 hours/week Weekend and holiday coverage required Block scheduling may be accommodated Weekend-only scheduling may be considered for the right candidate Ready for Your Next Assignment?
