Night (4x12 Hours) 19:00 7:30

• must work minimum of every other holiday!
• RNs needed with Open Heart experience!

REQUIRED

CABG Valve post op Impella

IABP CRRT

• Targeted patient ratios are 1:2 for Critical Care/ 1:3 for Intermediate level patients on unit
• Must have the following requirements: Pass an online EKG tele competency assessment before starting the assignment BLS and ACLS through AHA.

Vents, NIH, IV Start, ICP, Conscious Sedation - must be able to read and interpret strips Associate's Degree in Nursing or BSN required. Valid Ohio Registered Nurse License 2 year exp EPIC exp required Block scheduling cannot be guaranteed

Floating and Other Requirements:

Traveler will be first to float at Premier's discretion. Agency will float in/out of specialty clusters. It will be assigned a medically appropriate assignment or support the nursing care team of the unit floated to, including high-risk respiratory unit/COVID. If assigned to MVH, this could include floating the main campus , south campus less than 10 miles from Main Campus, and North Campus less than 15 miles from Main Campus. Traveler must be available to work every other weekend/holiday. Premier Health reserves the right to cancel 2 shifts due to low census per 13-week contract. Premier Health reserves the right to cancel the agreement with 2 weeks' notice without fee or fine. Travelers are not eligible for Premier health employee incentives.

positive patients CRRT, 24-hour EEG, Hypothermia post Cardiac Arrest, Prone patients AMC is a Level III Trauma Center They provide Family Centered Care and do not restrict visiting hours. Customer Service is a top priority. RTO Request RTO with initial submittal; NO RTO will be added after the offer. RTO approval will be at the Manager's discretion.
