CareCore at Heritage is seeking a compassionate and dependable Nurse (RN or LPN) to join our Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) team on 3rd shift . Our ICF setting provides specialized, ongoing care and support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As an ICF Nurse, you'll help support each resident's medical needs, daily well-being, independence, and overall quality of life as part of a dedicated interdisciplinary team. This position is specifically within our ICF setting and is separate from nursing opportunities on our Long-Term Care side. Schedule 3rd

Shift:

10:00 PM - 6:00 AM Responsibilities Provide nursing care and support to residents within our ICF setting Administer medications and treatments as ordered Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation Coordinate with physicians and members of the interdisciplinary team Respond appropriately to resident needs and medical concerns Maintain a safe, respectful, and resident-centered environment Follow all facility policies and applicable state and federal regulations Requirements Current RN or LPN license in the State of Ohio Current CPR certification Strong communication and documentation skills Dependable and comfortable working independently during overnight hours ICF, developmental disabilities, long-term care, or related healthcare experience preferred Benefits Daily Pay option Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Paid holidays 401(k) Supportive team environment Opportunities for growth within CareCore Join the CareCore at Heritage ICF team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of the residents we serve.
