Shift, Weekend & PRN differential Fisher-Titus proudly serves the greater Huron County area's 70,000-plus residents by providing a full continuum of health and wellness care from heart and cancer care to outpatient services such as lab, imaging, and physical rehabilitation.

Deliver compassionate and convenient care to the highest level of excellence that promotes lifelong health and wellness for our community The medical/surgical RN manages individualized, goal-directed nursing care through the use of the nursing process in the principal of primary nursing in accordance with the departmental and hospital policies and procedures. Assesses patient and completes all admission forms per hospital policy. Assesses and diagnoses patient and family needs to provide quality care to assigned patients. Develops, discusses, and communicates a realistic plan of care for each patient, in collaboration with each patient/support person in order to address all identified needs. Demonstrates the skills and judgment necessary to implement medical plan of care, nursing interventions, and procedures as necessary for the care of the patient. Evaluates the identified problems, care provided, and patient's responses are reassessed in order to meet patient and family needs to ensure overall quality of care delivered. Other duties as assigned. Associates or better in Nursing.
