Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for overnight shifts from 11PM to 7AM, working full time or part time plus some shorter evening shifts. See more details below.
Location:
Pepper Pike single family home My mother is 96 years old and walks with walker. She exercises daily to music, enjoys watching Americas Got Talent, Family Feud and the Guardians. She uses a bsc at night since she takes Remeron. This is an added safety measure to not walk to the restroom. She is generally in bed around 7pm. She has heart failure and CKD which are being managed but must be monitored by night shift staff. We also listen to her lungs and monitor it all times for HF. Nurses are required to notice any changes and respond to changes immediately. Action that should be taken can be discussed. We make sure she is warm and comfortable in bed and we give her assistance with her blankets as needed. She also enjoys the electric bed which raises her head for her sleeping comfort. The foot of her bed is raised as well. You can have a lovely conversation with her and her caregivers enjoy being with her. The opening shifts below are due to us deciding to have 2 caregivers per shift. We monitor her fluid intake and output. Caretakers sleeping is not permitted and we terminate for those that sleep. Lights are off (except for her closet light) and TV is turned off when she is asleep. Monday 12 midnight -7am Tuesday 11pm-7am Wednesday 8pm-11pm & 11pm-7am Thursday 8pm-11pm & 11pm-7am Friday. 7pm-11pm & 11pm-7am Every other weekend Weekend A Saturdays 4pm-6pm & 7pm-11pm Weekend A Sundays. 12noon-5pm Weekend B Saturdays 7pm-11pm &. 11pm-7am Weekend B Sundays. 2pm-5pm, & 7pm-11pm & 11pm-7am Masks are required at all times. (we supply them) Foot coverings needed (we supply) or house shoes permitted Cameras are in the home and visible Weekly pay through ADP, direct deposit. $32.00 Only RN applications will be accepted.
