Key Qualifications:

Active, unencumbered RN or LPN/LVN license Prior pediatric, school-based, or medically complex care experience preferred Strong skills and experience with tracheostomies, ventilator management, and G-tube care Confidence in working autonomously while collaborating with educators and families Compassionate, attentive demeanor with a commitment to nurturing student well-being Excellent communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver consistent and safe nursing care throughout the school dayincluding during transportation Monitor and respond to the students needs related to trach, vent, and G-tube management Maintain detailed, accurate documentation and communication logs Partner with school staff, parents, and healthcare providers to promote a supportive environment Remain attentive and adaptable to dynamic medical or educational needs Working in this highly individualized setting allows you to witness the difference you make every day.
