Monday-Friday 3pm-9pm Weekends 6pm-6am

What You'll Do:

Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in the home setting Administer medications and treatments according to plan of care Monitor patient conditions and update care team accordingly Communicate effectively with families and healthcare providers Maintain clear, accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards

Requirements:

Active RN license in the state of Ohio Current CPR/BLS Certification Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills Passion for helping children and families Ability to work independently with professional judgment Ready to Apply?
