1 Description American Traveler is hiring an experienced ICU RN with Step-Down experience for a 13-week contract requiring an OH or compact RN license. Details Work in the ICU of a hospital setting 13-week contract assignment Rotating day (7:00-19:00) and night (19:00-7:00) shifts on a 3x12 schedule, alternating weekly between days and nights Every other weekend required No on-call responsibilities Will float to ICU/Step-Down unit as needed AllScripts charting experience preferred Requirements Active RN license (OH or Compact) in hand required Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS required prior to start AHA certifications required, RQI certifications accepted Minimum 1 year of ICU experience required Step-Down unit experience required for floating Two recent professional references from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the applicable specialty required Additional Information Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to qualify for travel assignment First-time travelers are welcome to apply Block scheduling may be discussed during the interview process RTO requests must be submitted at time of application
