Job Description Summary:
Part time (24 hrs/wk), Night shift (7p-7a) Eligible for weekend & shift differential This is a part-time night shift Staff RN position with rotating holidays and weekends, primary location will be Shelby ED with possible rotation to Ashland, Mansfield, and Ontario based on staffing and patient needsResponsibilities And Duties:
Assessment/Diagnosis- Performs initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessment as applicable to the population and or individual (30%). Outcomes Identification/Planning
- Based on nursing diagnoses and collaborative problems, documents planned nursing interventions to achieve outcomes appropriate to patient needs (30%). Implementation/Evaluation
- Evaluates and documents response to nursing interventions and achievement of outcomes at appropriately determined intervals; as part of a multidisciplinary team, revises plan of care based on evaluative data (20%). Leadership
- Actively participates in process improvement activities to achieve targeted measures of clinical quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance (10%).
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate's Degree (Required)BLS- Basic Life Support
- American Heart Association, RN
- Registered Nurse
