Qualifications:
Current RN license in Ohio (or compact state eligibility) Minimum of one year recent ICU experience
BLS & ACLS
certifications (required) Strong critical thinking, clinical assessment, and communication skills Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and facility protocols
Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional bedside care for critically ill patients in the ICU Monitor, interpret, and document patient status changes and vital signs Administer medications, manage equipment, and collaborate closely with physicians Respond promptly to emergencies and participate actively in rapid response teams Educate patients' families and provide ongoing emotional support
