Job Details Kettering Health Main Campus | Kettering | Full-Time | 12 Hour Shift Nights Responsibilities & Requirements The Registered Nurse (RN) delivers patient-centered nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care in collaboration with the healthcare team. This role ensures the safety, quality, and continuity of care for patients across diverse clinical settings, supporting optimal patient outcomes and compliance with regulatory standards. Performs other duties as assigned. All job responsibilities are to be carried out in alignment with Kettering Health's mission, vision, values, and B Safe program.
Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate Degree in Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing).None required; clinical experience during nursing program accepted.
Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Ohio. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). One year of clinical nursing experience in an acute care or relevant specialty setting. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) or specialty certification applicable to clinical area. Previous labor and delivery experience strongly preferred. Current C-EFM preferred; will be required within 2 years or based on previous experience.
