  • A respectful, collaborative environment where nurses and CNAs work together Your Role As a part-time second-shift nurse in our skilled nursing community, you will: Provide hands-on nursing care and build meaningful relationships with residents Administer medications and treatments according to established care plans Monitor residents and recognize and respond to changes in condition Supervise CNAs and contribute to a successful, supportive team Assist with admissions, discharges, and care planning Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team Maintain resident safety and follow infection prevention and control standards Document care accurately and in a timely manner What We're Looking For Active RN license required Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the care team Strong communication, organization, and critical-thinking skills A genuine passion for caring for older adults Dependable, compassionate, and committed to providing high-quality resident care Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Voluntary Life Insurance 403(b) with Employer Match Paid Time Off (PTO) Schedule Part-Time 8-hour shifts Second Shift $1.
