Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) & Registered Nurses (RNs) Cedarvale Commons - Washington Courthouse, Ohio •
Sign On Bonuses Offered:
$7,500 for LPN and $10,000 for RN! Cedarvale Commons is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our growing healthcare team. If you are committed to delivering high-quality patient care and making a meaningful impact in the lives of others, we'd love to hear from you! Position Overview As a nurse at Cedarvale Commons, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents while working collaboratively with a supportive interdisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established care plans Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately Monitor patient conditions and report changes to physicians and care teams Maintain accurate and timely documentation Support residents' physical, emotional, and social well-being Ensure compliance with Ohio nursing standards and facility policies
Qualifications For LPN:
Current, valid LPN license in the State of Ohio Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
For RN:
Current, valid RN license in the State of Ohio Graduate of an accredited nursing program
For Both:
Strong clinical and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience.
