Provide direct patient care and develop individualized care plans Assess patient conditions, administer treatments and medications, and monitor outcomes Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families Deliver patient education, health counseling, and discharge planning Recognize and respond to patient complications and changes in condition Supervise and delegate appropriate nursing tasks while maintaining accountability Ensure patient safety, confidentiality, and compliance with facility policies Practice within Ohio RN scope of practice and nursing standards Need 3 years experience in setting Active RN license required Required certifications:

ACLS, BLS

EPIC and Pyxis preferred; training available

HARP/CPI
