Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care. The Registered Nurse will play a crucial role in patient assessment, triage, and the implementation of care plans. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. Provide direct patient care in various settings. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Educate patients and families on health management and infectious disease prevention. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care. Utilize Home Care Home Base electronic health record systems. Advocate for patients and ensure their needs are met within the healthcare system. Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred. Familiarity with electronic health record systems. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to providing quality patient-centered care.
