PRN LTAC RN

in Tulsa, OK to deliver high-acuity patient care in a long-term acute care setting. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care for medically complex patients, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, manage ventilators and advanced wound care, and ensure accurate documentation. You'll collaborate closely with physicians and therapists, educate patients and families, and uphold infection control and safety standards in a fast-paced environment that values flexibility, work-life balance, and clinician support. Responsibilities Provide high-acuity nursing care to LTAC patients in an on-site setting Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans Administer medications, IV therapies, and manage complex clinical treatments Monitor patient status, interpret clinical data, and respond to changes in condition Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care Manage ventilators, trachs, and advanced wound care per facility protocols Maintain accurate, timely EHR documentation and follow regulatory standards Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and discharge needs Adhere to infection control, safety, and quality improvement protocols Support a flexible, clinician-centered culture focused on excellent patient outcomes Required Skills LTAC nursing Acute care nursing Ventilator management Advanced wound care IV therapy and medication administration Patient assessment and care planning Telemetry and monitoring Electronic Health Records (EHR) documentation Infection control practices Patient and family education
