Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN's to join our team in providing exceptional care to our residents in our long-term care facility. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalized care plans.
Primary Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians Monitor resident health and vital signs, reporting any changes to the appropriate medical staff Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records and documentation Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and their families Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and safety standards
Minimum Qualifications:
Valid LPN/RN license in the state of Oklahoma CPR certification Prior experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
