Job Description
Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years MS RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Schedule / Hours
Night shifts, three 12-hour shifts per week 36 weekly guaranteed hours Weekend and call requirements as determined by facility needs Qualifications / Desired Experience Active RN license with a minimum of 4 years of Med-Surg experience Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred Proficiency with the nursing process: assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation Epic EMR experience preferred Willingness to float as needed across units Strong commitment to maintaining patient rights, confidentiality, and professional accountability Responsibilities / Duties Deliver comprehensive nursing care in accordance with institutional policies and patient needs Evaluate and coordinate care with other team members and departments Monitor patient ratios with a focus on delivering individualized care (approx. 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio) Ensure all care meets mission, values, and Service Standards Maintain accurate records and uphold the highest professional standards at all times Benefits / Perks Enjoy tax-advantaged stipends to maximize your travel allowance Access to dedicated travel and relocation assistance Premium compensation opportunities Comprehensive healthcare benefits from day one 401(k) with employer contributions for your long-term security Assurance of job stability while embracing new experiences in an exciting location Dress code: Black scrubs.
