Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive home health risk assessments for Medicare Advantage plan members throughout Le Flore County, including locations such as Poteau, Heavener, and Spiro Assess medical history, evaluate current medical conditions, and review medication regimens Educate patients on their diagnoses and prescribed medications to enhance their understanding and engagement in their health Identify gaps in care and make informed recommendations for addressing these needs No requirement to create treatment plans or prescribe medications

Qualifications:

Active Nurse Practitioner license in Oklahoma (OK) Current CPR certification (BLS) Board Certification (AANP or ANCC) Minimum of six months current NP experience preferred Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited institution Enjoy earning $80-$90 per evaluation, in addition to a mileage stipend and compensation for administrative time.
