Responsibilities Provide direct and comprehensive nursing care to patients in a Med Surg unit. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions as appropriate. Support patient's independence by establishing patient care goals. Teach and guide patients and their families on post-hospital care. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Ensure continuity of care by coordinating with other healthcare team members.
