Job Description
Director of Nursing (DON) - Home Health Lead with purpose and make a direct impact on patient care, clinical quality, and branch success. We're looking for a strong clinical leader who is passionate about patient care, team development, and operational excellence. In this role, you'll oversee all clinical operations for the branch — ensuring quality care, compliance, strong documentation, and a positive team environment. What You'll Do Oversee all clinical operations, patient care, and case management activities Supervise clinical staff and manage day-to-day office, clinical, and field operations Ensure compliance with agency policies, HIPAA, Medicare guidelines, and state/federal regulations Monitor workloads, delegate responsibilities, and support quality patient outcomes Lead branch performance with a focus on quality care, growth, documentation, and financial success Support and mentor clinical staff while fostering a positive team culture Why This Role Stands Out Leadership opportunity with direct impact on branch success Ability to build and lead a strong clinical team Combination of clinical leadership and operational oversight Opportunity to drive quality outcomes and patient satisfaction Supportive environment with autonomy and growth potential What You Bring Active RN license in applicable state Associate degree in Nursing or higher At least 1 year of Home Health nursing experience Leadership or management experience preferred Strong communication, organizational, and clinical judgment skills Intermediate computer skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation What We're Looking For Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities Compassionate and patient-focused approach Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills #INDCL
