Cimarron Pointe Care Center is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses who are ready to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents! What You'll Do Provide direct patient care to residents on a weekend schedule (Saturdays and Sundays) Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans Assist with administering medications, treatments, and therapies as needed Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the medical team Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment Participate in resident assessments, care planning, and discharge planning Why Join Our Team? Requirements:
