The vision of Willow Crest Hospital/Moccasin Bend Ranch is to bring healing and balance to the lives of children and adolescents with behavioral and emotional issues through diagnostic evaluations, therapeutic clinical services and professional nursing care. We employ a diverse group of caring and committed professionals including Psychiatrists, Physician Assistant, Pharmacist, Registered Nurses, Licensed Professional Nurses, Social Workers, Licensed Professional Counselors, Licensed Recreational Therapists, Dietitian and Licensed Educators. RN $15,000 sign on bonus!!!!!! NIGHTS The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing all aspects of nursing care to assigned patients through the nursing process. Ability to supervise and participate in patient care to ensure maximum welfare of patients and staff on the unit. Assesses, plans, directs, and evaluates nursing responsibilities to ensure quality of care. Performs intake assessments. Develops and updates nursing care plan, reviews chart and provides crisis intervention services. Provides therapeutic milieu and supervises Licensed Practical Nurses and Mental Health Specialists.
