6 Description American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN Case Manager for an inpatient case management role requiring at least 2 years of RN experience and 1 year in case management. Details Inpatient Case Management department Supports discharge planning, care coordination, care progression, post-acute transitions, patient choice compliance, and regulatory requirements Day shift, 4x10-hour schedule, 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM 40 hours per week with every-other-weekend requirement Floating required to sister facilities within scope as needed Block scheduling not accommodated Requirements Active RN license (OK or Compact) required at time of consideration BLS certification required Minimum 2 years of RN experience and 1 year of Case Management experience required Recent case or resource management experience recommended InterQual or MCG experience preferred CCM or ACM certification preferred Current driver's license or state-issued ID required Utility bill in traveler's name with matching address within the last three months required, showing residence more than 75 miles from the facility Additional Information Coordinate inpatient discharge planning and transitions to post-acute care settings Ensure compliance with patient choice and regulatory requirements First-time travelers are welcome to apply Local candidates are accepted, with potential for permanent conversion upon completion of the assignment Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to qualify for travel rates Maximum RTO of 5 days per 13-week assignment, with no holidays or blackout dates permitted Previous Integris staff must be separated from the facility for at least 1 year to be eligible for travel assignments
