Overview:
Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care. Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients. Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers. Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments.   • Labor & Delivery Part-Time, Nights Up to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus for Experienced RNs! Join a compassionate and high-performing Labor & Delivery team at Mercy Hospital Washington. Our 18-bed unit delivers exceptional care to women and newborns, from labor and delivery to postpartum recovery and surgical procedures
  • all on one dedicated unit.
We provide services for both routine and high-risk maternity cases , supported by our Level II Special Care Nursery and an expert interdisciplinary team committed to the highest standard of care. About the Unit 8 LDRP Rooms for Labor, Delivery, Recovery & Postpartum care 8 Postpartum/Post-Op Rooms for C-Section and GYN recovery Well-Newborn Nursery and Level II Special Care Nursery Cross-training opportunities across all areas 24/7 nursing care for labor, delivery, postpartum, and observation Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program Current RN license (state or compact) L&D or Mother/Baby experience preferred BLS certification required (or within 30 days of hire) Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs. and perform prolonged standing/walking Incentives & Benefits Up to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus (for experienced RNs in select departments) Stay Premium Program
