Key Qualifications:
Active and unencumbered RN license Minimum of one year experience in an Operating Room setting BLS and ACLS certifications (or willingness to obtain prior to start) Proficient in perioperative nursing processes and sterile technique Excellent critical thinking, communication, and collaboration abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care before, during, and after surgical procedures Collaborate closely with the surgical team, including surgeons and anesthesia providers Maintain a sterile field and ensure all proper protocols are met for patient safety Administer medications and monitor patient responses intraoperatively Facilitate effective documentation and communication to support optimal outcomes
