Qualifications:

Active, unencumbered Oregon Registered Nurse (RN) license Current BLS/CPR certification Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care experience preferred Strong clinical judgment and leadership abilities Excellent communication and patient advocacy skills

Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality, resident-centered nursing care Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders Assess patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes in status Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary care teams Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Ensure compliance with all regulatory and facility standards Promote a safe, compassionate, and supportive environment for residents and staff Why Astoria?
