The Senior Director RN Quality will serve in the Patient Care Services Division of a small community hospital known for personalized care. This acute care facility combines essential hospital services with the welcoming culture of a community-based organization. Modern resources and multidisciplinary programs will allow the Chief Nursing Quality Officer to create a visible impact. The close-knit setting also supports responsive decisions and direct collaboration with frontline teams.
The VP of Nursing Quality will collaborate with executive leaders, medical staff, nursing leadership, hospital committees, and the governing board. Friendly nurses and a diverse healthcare team will support quality management, patient safety, infection prevention, accreditation, and regulatory readiness. The Senior Nursing Quality Executive will oversee Joint Commission preparation, CMS compliance, root cause analysis, and performance improvement. This RN quality leader will also monitor clinical outcomes, coach team members, manage resources, and promote a culture of high reliability.
