Kaiser Permanente seeks an RN, Outpatient On Call to support our ambulatory clinics by providing high quality, patient centered nursing care on an as needed basis. In this role, you will triage patient concerns via phone or virtual channels, coordinate same day visits, and collaborate with physicians to execute care plans. Responsibilities include medication administration, patient education, documentation in electronic health records, and participation in quality and safety initiatives.
