Qualifications:

Valid Oregon RN license Minimum experience in the Operating Room setting Strong critical thinking and crisis management skills Effective communication in English; proficient with electronic medical records Reliable attendance and adaptability in dynamic environments

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive perioperative care within the RN practice scope defined by the Oregon State Board of Nursing Employ the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care Educate patients and their significant others regarding surgical procedures and postoperative care Document patient care accurately in the medical record Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
