Key Qualifications:

Current RN license, eligible for practice in Oregon Emergency Department experience Strong critical thinking and crisis response skills Effective communicator, both verbal and written Skilled in electronic medical records and basic computer functions Adaptable, able to respond to rapidly changing patient needs Reliable attendance and team orientation

Primary Responsibilities:

Apply the nursing process in a fast-paced Emergency Department Educate patients and their families Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team Document care and patient progress accurately in medical records
