Position Summary The Flu/COVID Vaccine Clinic Nurse is responsible for administering vaccines at employer onsite wellness events and community clinics. Nurses will help ensure a smooth, safe, and professional experience for participants while following all clinical protocols, vaccine handling procedures, and documentation requirements. COVID-19

vaccines in accordance with standing orders and CDC guidelines Review participant consent forms and screening questionnaires Monitor participants for adverse reactions following vaccination Maintain proper vaccine storage, handling, and documentation procedures Accurately document vaccines administered using electronic systems/tablets Provide excellent customer service and participant education Ensure clinic setup and breakdown is completed properly Maintain HIPAA compliance and participant confidentiality Communicate professionally with onsite contacts and LivIQ team members Qualifications Active, unrestricted RN or LPN license in the applicable state Current BLS certification Minimum 1 year of nursing experience preferred Prior vaccination or wellness event experience preferred Comfortable using tablets and electronic documentation systems Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable transportation Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced clinic environment Preferred Experience Flu shot clinics
