The Registered Nurse (RN) is accountable for utilizing the nursing process to provide safe, age-appropriate, direct and indirect patient care, while practicing within the scope of practice of the Oregon State Board of Nursing.DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION
The Intensive Care Unit/Critical Care Unit support patients experiencing a variety of complex and high risk conditions and provides care through advanced knowledge and experience in a setting that provides intensive monitoring, assessments, and interventions.EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
Current unencumbered Oregon RN license required. Healthcare Provider Level BLS required upon hire.NLH ICU-CCU
ACLS required within 90 days of hire. Evidence of critical care training with one (1) year recent experience in critical care preferred.KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
