We're looking for an RN Infusion Nurse who brings both clinical skill and genuine warmth to that appointment, every time. Why This Role Feels Different This isn't high-volume, assembly-line nursing. You'll build real relationships with the same patients over time, watching their treatment progress and becoming a familiar, trusted face during a vulnerable part of their care. You'll work independently, alongside office staff, with the autonomy to manage your patients' infusion visits from start to finish, while specializing in IV therapy for autoimmune conditions. The Job As an RN Infusion Nurse at Pure Infusion, you will support our doctors and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization, and communication. The position requires you to be comfortable with infusion and working independently alongside office staff. You will specialize in the administration of IV therapy treatments for patients with autoimmune disorders. Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care administering biologics and other infusible or injectable medications as ordered, along with appropriate patient education. Start and discontinue IV lines for infusion therapies. Establish peripheral IV (PIV) access. Access PIVs and ports. Prepare (mix) and administer medications. Triage infusion patient inquiries. Travel to other locations on occasion. Participate in performance improvement activities that enhance care delivery, offering suggestions and assistance toward continuous quality improvement of patient care. Adhere to standards of safety and infection control in the delivery of patient care. Demonstrate thorough knowledge of, and compliance with, all policies and procedures related to the performance of job duties.
