Safety Rating Qualifications:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum 1 year of adult ICU RN experience preferred

OR 400 ICU

clinical hours completed within the past 12 months (RN Residents) OR successful completion of an ICU training program Current BLS certification Strong assessment, critical thinking, and clinical decision-making skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients Perform comprehensive patient assessments and continuous monitoring Administer medications, treatments, and advanced therapies Respond rapidly to changes in patient condition Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Educate patients and family members regarding treatment plans and care goals Promote patient safety and adherence to evidence-based ICU practices Why Florence, Oregon?
