This position plays a key role in ensuring residents receive safe, high-quality care while supporting caregivers through training, oversight, and nurse delegation. The RN Oversight & Delegation Nurse provides clinical expertise, regulatory guidance, and quality assurance support while partnering closely with community leadership and care teams. Essential Responsibilities Conduct resident significant change of condition assessments. Delegate nursing tasks in accordance with Oregon State Board of Nursing regulations. Train, supervise, and evaluate caregivers performing delegated nursing tasks. Provide clinical education and support to caregivers and leadership teams. Ensure compliance with Oregon Assisted Living regulations and company policies. Participate in quality assurance activities, audits, and survey readiness efforts. Serve as a clinical partner to community teams and promote person-centered care. Qualifications Current Oregon Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing. Experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, Long-Term Care, Home Health, or a related healthcare environment preferred. Knowledge of Oregon nurse delegation requirements. Strong clinical assessment, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to travel between assigned communities as needed.

Compensation & Benefits Starting Wage:
