Job Description

Join our team as a Relief Registered Nurse in Walla Walla, WA! Provide comprehensive patient care through assessments, vital signs, health histories, phone triage, and documentation in the EMR system. Support providers during diagnostic procedures and treatments, including IV starts, medication administration, and patient education. Collaborate with care teams to develop and implement patient care plans, coordinate referrals, and ensure smooth patient flow. Maintain clinical quality and safety standards aligned with accreditation and organizational requirements. Qualifications include an Associate's Degree or higher in Nursing, active WA RN license, with dual licensure within 120 days, and at least 1 year of outpatient or clinical RN experience preferred. BCLS certification within 90 days; ACLS and PALS are preferred. Spanish bilingual proficiency is a plus. The position offers $41.26-$50.55/hour DOE, with potential for higher pay for experienced candidates, and utilizes the
EPIC EMR
