A Registered Nurse provides medical care and treatment, educates patients about their conditions, and provides emotional support to patients and families. Works in hospitals, schools, clinics or community health centers. Works under the supervision of a physician or other specialist, and serves as the primary point of care for patients in a hospital setting. May specialize in emergency room work, or treatment for a particular condition, or specialize in working with infants, the elderly or other patient groups. May work as an advanced practice specialists and prescribe medications in addition to offering specialty care.

Job Description
Shift:
6:45 PM - 7:15AM Experience:
- 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
- 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.
- Experience with Epic is preferred.
Requirements:
- Candidates must have a Oregon license (required for submission).
- Local & travel allowed.
- COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
- No previous experience allowed for Staff at

Preferred Credentials:
Medical Surgical Nursing specialty certification is strongly encouraged.Special Requests:
Eligibility as current/previous employee: the facility may make one-off exceptions if previously employed at the facility, but a written request is required to apply.Unit Details:
Cares for acutely ill adults and surgical patients, including emergent and elective cases.Shift & Scheduling:
Rotating weekends. Holidays as required. 14 days maximum time off 1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 12 monthsCertifications:
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
