Schedule/Hours:
12-hour shifts Rotating weekends Full-time, travel assignment
Desired Qualifications:
Active RN license, in good standing Two years recent experience in a medical-surgical unit (RN-MS) Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills BLS certification (ACLS preferred) Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and work both independently and as part of a team
Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and documentation Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies according to protocols Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to develop and adjust care plans Deliver excellent patient education to support recovery and health maintenance Support a culture of safety and professional excellence in every interaction
