Desired Qualifications:

Current Oregon RN license in good standing 1+ year of Emergency Department nursing experience preferred Strong clinical assessment and crisis intervention skills Proficient with EMR systems and general computer use Effective communicator, adept at patient and family education Reliable, flexible, and able to adapt to changing priorities

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct patient care in the Emergency Department within the RN scope as set by the Oregon State Board of Nursing Apply the nursing process for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care Educate patients and their families regarding treatment, safety, and post-discharge care Collaborate closely with a team of healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care Accurately document patient progress and medical interventions
