Job Description

Category Nursing - RN - Cath Lab Job Type Contract Advance your nursing practice in a dynamic Cath Lab environment where your expertise will make a real impact on patient outcomes. This contract opportunity focuses on acute and emergent patient care, as well as scheduled outpatient cases spanning a wide range of procedural interventions. Experience the satisfaction of working alongside highly skilled teams in a fast-paced setting.
Schedule:
07:15 AM to 05:45 PM 10-hour shifts, 4 days per week
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
Valid RN license with recent Cath Lab experience Proficient in scrubbing, circulating, and monitoring for Electrophysiology (EP), Cardiac, Interventional Radiology (IR), Vascular, and Neuro interventions Demonstrated ability to manage acute and emergent cases, including stroke, STEMI, and vascular complications Competence with a wide variety of procedures: Angiograms, Ports, Pacemaker insertions, Vascular injury interventions, Neuro stroke interventions, EP studies, TAVR, Mitral clip, and Watchman procedures Strong collaboration and critical thinking skills
Responsibilities:
Deliver direct patient care in the Cath Lab for both emergent and scheduled procedures Serve as an integral team member supporting a broad range of specialized cases Scrub, circulate, and monitor all service lines, ensuring the highest standard of patient safety and care Respond efficiently to acute cases, such as stroke and vascular complications, under time-sensitive conditions Maintain communication and coordination between physicians, technicians, and ancillary staff
