Travel Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Emergency Department (ED) 13-Week Contract |
Start Date:
May 26, 2026 Must have Active Oregon RN License Night Shift Available, 12 hr Shift 36hr Guaranteed 7p-7a Requirements (Please Read Before Applying): Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Department experience

About the Role We are seeking an experienced Travel Emergency Department RN for a 13-week assignment starting May, 2026 . This is a fast-paced, high-acuity environment where you'll treat a wide range of patients—from lower-acuity clinic cases to critical emergencies including strokes, STEMIs, Level I traumas, post-surgical complications, pregnancy-related emergencies, pediatrics, and behavioral health. This role is ideal for a nurse who thrives under pressure, works independently, and can confidently manage complex clinical situations. Key Responsibilities Provide patient care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, evaluation) Manage high-acuity and complex patient cases in the ED setting Administer medications and treatments per protocol; monitor effectiveness and side effects Document all patient care accurately and timely Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and delegate tasks appropriately Scrub Color/Dress Code

Qualifications Education:
BSN preferred but not
Required Experience:
Minimum 2 years recent ED experience
REQUIRED
Trauma center experience (Level I, II, or III)
REQUIRED
Certifications & Licensure:
Active RN license (State of New Mexico or Compact License) BLS (AHA)
  • Required ACLS (AHA)
  • Required PALS (AHA)
  • Required TNCC
