PM Position Overview:

Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Registered Nurse (RN / T-RN) for an exciting Travel or Local job in Skowhegan, ME.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions accurately and efficiently Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions as prescribed Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans Monitor vital signs and promptly report changes in patient condition Maintain accurate EMR documentation and patient records Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharge planning Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and ongoing care Ensure compliance with infection control, patient safety, and healthcare regulations Provide compassionate support and advocacy for patients and families

Requirements:
