A Registered Nurse provides medical care and treatment, educates patients about their conditions, and provides emotional support to patients and families. Works in hospitals, schools, clinics or community health centers. Works under the supervision of a physician or other specialist, and serves as the primary point of care for patients in a hospital setting. May specialize in emergency room work, or treatment for a particular condition, or specialize in working with infants, the elderly or other patient groups. May work as an advanced practice specialists and prescribe medications in addition to offering specialty care.

Job Description
RN:
Monitor patient's condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice Oversite of Caregivers in field Adjust and administer patient's medication and provide treatments according to physician's orders Document according to standards of practice and policy Teaching opportunities Foster a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their families Provides appropriate support to pharmacists in Pharmacy and clinic setting Requirements forRN:
Current RN license in the state of Oregon CPR certified Minimum one (1) year of documented RN experience Excellent references Access to a computer or smart phone for web-based scheduling Excellent communication skills Reliable transportation Ability to pass background check, driving record, drug screen, physical and TB test Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client.
