Job Description

Join our team as a Public Health Nurse (Community Health Service) at a leading Pacific Northwest community health center with 40+ clinics across Washington and Oregon. We offer comprehensive services including medical, dental, pharmacy, nutritional counseling, autism screening, behavioral health, and more. Our holistic approach extends support through home visits, mobile clinics, and assistance with shelter, energy, and HIV counseling. Position highlights include a salary of $41.66-$51.03 DOE, up to $10,000 relocation assistance, a $7,000 hiring bonus, bilingual pay, health benefits, retirement plan, generous PTO, and holidays. Responsibilities involve providing client care, developing and coordinating care plans, conducting assessments, delivering health education, and collaborating with healthcare providers. The role includes office and home visits, mentorship, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards. Qualifications include a Nursing Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, RN licensure, BLS certification, bilingual English/Spanish proficiency, and relevant clinical experience. Knowledge of therapeutic communication, medication effects, and basic computer skills are essential.
