Schedule:

2-3 days a week Wiley Creek Senior Living in Sweet Home, Oregon is looking for an amazing RN to help with staff delegation and to help with looking over any change of condition with our residents. Come join a team that is looking only for the best!

RESPONSIBILITIES

It is the responsibility of the RN to decide when, how, and if it is appropriate for unlicensed persons to be delegated tasks of nursing care. The RN, when delegating to an unlicensed person, is authorizing that person to perform a task of nursing care normally within the Registered Nurse's scope of practice. Delegation and teaching must be provided and documented by the RN in accordance with regulations per the Board of Nursing. Review electronic health records to ensure documentation and any change of condition with the residents are updated and documented appropriately/timely and work with the Director of Nursing and the Executive Director with developing plans to remain in compliance. Education & Experience:

Minimum one year of experience in RN delegation over-site in senior living or related health programs preferred. Must be computer proficient in typing and various programs, including a background in EHR management. Hold a current unencumbered RN license in Oregon We are an equal opportunity employer #NUR123
